Hakan Calhanoglu will start for Inter Milan in tomorrow’s Serie A clash with Udinese.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews. They report that the only selection doubt is between Petar Sucic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Inter Milan take on Udinese in Serie A tomorrow evening. This will be their second league match of the campaign, having beaten Torino 5-0 in their debut.
The Nerazzurri will be playing at the San Siro for the second week in a row.
Without the Champions League starting up yet, Inter have a full week to prepare between league matches.
Therefore, Nerazzurri coach Cristian Chivu will not be thinking too much about rotating his squad.
In midfield, the Corriere dello Sport note, Chivu will be absolutely spoiled for choice.
Midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu will be back after serving a suspension in Inter’s opener against Torino.
The 31-year-old had picked up a one-match suspension in Inter’s last match of last season against Como, due to accumulation of yellow cards.
However, Calhanoglu will be back available against Udinese tomorrow.
And according to the Corriere, the Turk will play from the start.
There will, however, be one notable selection doubt in midfield for Chivu.
The Corriere report that the Romanian has yet to decide between starting Petar Sucic or Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Sucic enjoyed an outstanding debut for Inter against Torino last week. However, Mkhitaryan remains a stalwart of the Nerazzurri’s midfield trio.
