When talking about star talents coming through in football at the moment, one name that will come to a lot of people’s minds is Manchester United’s JJ Gabriel.
The 15-year-old wonderkid has torn up the U18s league this season and is becoming the Red Devil’s most exciting future prospect.
The young attacker has 23 goal contributions in only 22 games this season.
Not only is he a goal threat, but he is extremely versatile too, which makes him so much more dangerous as he continues to develop.
Gabriel has played the most games this season as an attacking midfielder but has also played as a centre-forward, left winger, and central midfielder.
With many rivals intending on snatching him, United have already started to lay out future plans for the forward.
CentreDevils understands that Manchester United have already started initial plans to bring 15-year-old wonderkid JJ Gabriel on their first team preseason tour.
If everything goes to plan, the 15-year-old could make his first-team debut next season, with the club viewing him as a superstar-level talent.
United are thought to have a similar idea with his development that Arsenal did with Max Dowman.
After Gabriel and his family indicated they were considering a move, the club organised an emergency meeting the day after he returned from holiday.
The intervention proved crucial, with senior figures including Matt Hargreaves and Jason Wilcox presenting the vision and pathway they believed would keep him in Manchester.
Gabriel has been training with the first team this season and had his first session at only 14 years old.
If he makes his debut next season, he could break the record of being the youngest ever player to play in the Premier League.
The Red Devils have every right to be excited.
