Exclusive: Torino enquire for Napoli’s Giovanni Simeone

Giovanni Simeone has taken note of Pisa’s push for him but so far he hasn’t given a definitive yes. There are also a couple of offers from abroad but watch out for surprises. That’s right, in the last few hours, Torino have also made enquiries to Napoli, carrying out a thorough check.

Evidently, the Granata are looking for a striker who is already match-fit, while they wait for the full recovery of the irreplaceable Duvan Zapata. The questions asked about El Cholito are already a promising starting point and we will see how things unfold from here.

In the meantime, Simeone left training due to a back issue – we are waiting on the medical report. His future should become clearer in the coming days but Torino’s move is definitely one to watch.
