FC Cincinnati acquired goalkeeper Fabian Mrozek on loan from English Premier League side Liverpool FC.
The deal announced Thursday with the 22-year-old Poland native runs through the 2026 season and includes a permanent transfer option. He will occupy an international roster slot.
Mrozek has secured 19 clean sheets in 60 appearances for Liverpool at the U18, U19 and U21 levels. He has made six appearances off the bench for the first team.
"Fabian is a talented young goalkeeper," FCC general manager Chris Albright said. "He will add quality and depth to our goalkeeping group and we look forward to his development under Paul Rogers. We'd like to welcome him to Cincinnati."
The goalkeeper room in Cincinnati includes starter Roman Celentano, Evan Louro and Bryan Dowd.
