Sky Sport Italia reports Napoli are considering sending an offer to Juventus for their centre-back Federico Gatti as the Partenopei continue to look for defensive reinforcements.

Napoli are interested in signing Juventus defender Gatti.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Italian centre-back is among the players topping the Partenopei’s shortlist for the summer.

Napoli are fighting for the title in Serie A being just three points below leaders Inter. They are practically granted a Champions League spot for next season so the club is already looking at reinforcements to boost Antonio Conte’s options in 2025-26.

Gatti: Napoli consider bid for Juventus defender

It remains to be seen whether Juventus will accept to sell one of their regular starters, even if Gatti was left on the bench in the latest Serie A game against Fiorentina.

The 26-year-old has made 39 appearances with Juventus this season and his contract at the Allianz Stadium runs out in June 2028.

Multiple sources claim Napoli have already reached an agreement with Empoli for their promising defender Luca Marianucci.
