According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInter1908, Cristian Chivu must find a reliable alternative to the Turkish playmaker.

Hakan Calhanoglu suffered a muscle injury during yesterday’s 1-0 home defeat to Liverpool.

Indeed, the 31-year-old had to come off after only 11 minutes, surrendering his place to Piotr Zielinski.

Whether the Polish midfielder will fill Calhanoglu’s shoes at Stadio Luigi Ferraris remains uncertain.
