Spain has the opportunity to qualify for the 2026 World Cup as they take on Georgia away from home. Spain is top of their group, Group E, in the UEFA World Cup qualifiers, and a win over Georgia will qualify them for the World Cup next summer.

Spain is undefeated in the World Cup qualifiers after four matches played. Spain has 12 points, three more than Turkiye in the group. Spain won their last two matches in October in the World Cup qualifiers.

The Spanish national team defeated Georgia 2-0 and defeated Bulgaria 4-0. In the win against Georgia, Yeremi Pino and Mikel Oyarzabal scored for Spain.

In the win against Bulgaria, Spain's goal scorers were Mikel Merino, who scored two goals, Mikel Oyarzabal, and an own goal from Bulgarian defender Atanas Chernev.

Georgia lost their previous two World Cup qualifier matches in the group. They lost 2-0 to Spain away from home and then lost 4-1 to Turkiye away from home.

Georgia cannot qualify directly for the World Cup, but has a slight chance to qualify for the World Cup playoffs.

Georgia vs Spain will kick off at 12 p.m. ET/ 9 a.m. PT in the United States. The match will start at 9 p.m. local time in Tbilisi, Georgia.
