Glazers put huge asset for sale

The Glazer family bought Manchester United in 2005, and it has been eventful to say the least.

Realtor.com have listed a property online that indicates that Avram Glazer is selling their home in Palm Beach, Florida.

A mid-century-style home in Palm Beach, Florida, the property is being listed for $47.5 million.

Build in 2017 by architect Marcio Kogan, it was given the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach’s Schuler award in 2020.

As per the listing, it was designed to  “blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living”.

Totalling 6,500 square feet, the home features floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a sculptural flagstone wall, teak-lined ceilings and travertine flooring, with indoor and outdoor living rooms, a sleek kitchen, a media room, an office and four bedrooms, including a “serene” primary suite.

There are also also loggias outside, as well as a pool and tropical landscaping including a living wall.
