Hojlund crucial moment as Napoli accept Manchester United terms

Thursday is the day for Napoli to finalise all the details for Rasmus Hojlund, as today there were intensive talks with Manchester United, ready to accept the obligation to buy.

The centre-forward has been their first choice for at least 10 days, ever since the injury to Romelu Lukaku was confirmed to be serious, requiring a strong replacement.

Hojlund to Napoli should be done within 24 hours

Now the situation has progressed to the point where it should be resolved within 24 hours, as Thursday is going to be the decisive moment for these negotiations.

There were non-stop talks today with calls and dialogues, as Napoli are ready to make the Premier League side happy by accepting a loan with obligation to buy at easy to achieve conditions.

The plan originally had been for a loan with option to buy for a total €45m, becoming an obligation with Champions League qualification and a certain number of appearances throughout the season.

Now the Partenopei are prepared to accept the Manchester United demands and make it almost a guarantee they will buy Hojlund outright.
