Tottenham Hotspur are set to turn their attention back to the Premier League as Thomas Frank prepares his side to travel to Elland Road. It will be a Saturday lunchtime kickoff when the Lilywhites will be looking to turn their recent run of draws into three points as they face newly promoted Leeds United.

And we have seen Thomas Frank minority tweaking his sides to make up for the fast run of games that Tottenham are playing.

Going tomorrow, the Dane head coach is expected to shuffle his pack again.

Predicting Tottenham lineup vs Leeds United

Goalkeeper: Guglielmo Vicario

Vicario has had a mixed campaign, but he has been quite better if we compare his performances from last season. And there is no immediate reason to bench him at the moment. He should start between the sticks at Elland Road. But against Leeds tomorrow, he will be tested given how they will be looking to dominate with aerial deliveries and set pieces given DCL’s presence up front.

Defence: Pedro Porro, Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven, Destiny Udogie

Thomas Frank rested Cristian Romero in the midweek, and the Argentine is expected to come back into the starting eleven. He will continue to partner with Van de Ven, who has looked colossal this season.

Alongside one of the best CB duos in the English top tier, Thomas Frank is likely to start Pedro Porro despite the fact that he played the whole game against Bodo/Glimt. And given that Djed Spence filled in on the left in Norway for most of the game, Udogie should come in and take up that left-back place, with Spence dropping to the bench.

Midfield: Pape Matar Sarr, Joao Palhinha, Lucas Bergvall

Given that Joao Palhinha was rested for most of the game in the midweek. He will return to the base of the midfield against Leeds tomorrow, and he will be tasked with keeping Longstaff quiet, given how integral he has been for the hosts since his move to Elland Road in the summer.

And while the Bayern loanee anchors the second phase, he will have Sarr to his side. He will again have that box-to-box presence that Thomas Frank has quite used effectively in his structure this season.

Bergvall completed the three in the midfield. He has had some good performances this season, and he will be looking to mark his with a goal this time around.

Attack: Mohammed Kudus, Mathys Tel, Xavi Simons

Given that Richarlison has worked tirelessly this season, there is a chance that Thomas Frank decides to bench the Brazilian. The Dane head coach will not have many options then to start Tel, who was not available to feature in the Champions League.

Alongside Tel would be Kudus and Simons. Both of them were being rested in the midweek, and they are expected to return to the starting lineup. The latter in particular needs to be played centrally or drifting inside. Here he can influence the game far more than he did vs Wolves.
