Inter have officially announced that they have completed the signing of French starlet Ange-Yoan Bonny from Parma.

After a slightly prolonged saga, in which Bundesliga side Stuttgart threatened to sabotage the deal, Bonny has joined the Nerazzurri.

In a statement on their official website, Inter announced the deal and welcomed the France U21 international to their squad.

Inter bolster attack with Bonny signing

Bonny had become somewhat of a standout player in the Parma set-up over the 2024-25 season. In what was his first season in Italy’s top flight, the Frenchman (who is the 26th from his country in Nerazzurri history) made 37 appearances and scored six goals.

Bonny therefore reunites with Cristian Chivu, the head coach he worked with at Parma last season, in black and blue colours.

With Inter’s disappointing Club World Cup exit at the hands of Fluminense behind them, they can now focus ahead on the new season – as they aim to lift the Scudetto once again, after so narrowly missing out to Napoli in the 2024-25 season.
