The MLS champions, Inter Miami, return to action in the MLS, and they will finally play a home game when they host Austin FC.

Inter Miami will no longer play home games at Chase Stadium, and their match against Austin FC tonight will be at their new stadium, Nu Stadium.

The Nu Stadium is located in Miami, Florida, and the stadium holds over 26,000 fans. It will be Inter Miami's first official match at the new stadium.

Inter Miami is currently 3rd in the Eastern Conference with 10 points after five league matches. Their record is currently three wins, one draw, and one loss.

In their previous match, Inter Miami defeated New York City FC 3-2 away from home at Yankee Stadium. Gonzalo Luján, Lionel Messi, and Micael Silva scored the three goals in Inter Miami's away win against NYCFC.

Austin FC is 11th in the Western Conference with five points, with a record of one win, two draws, and two losses. In their previous match, Austin FC drew 0-0 with LAFC at home.

Inter Miami and Austin FC will play each other for the first time since 2023. In their last matchup, Inter Miami and Austin FC drew 1-1.
