Hakan Calhanoglu had a frustrating outing as Inter slipped to a 1-0 defeat to AC Milan in Sunday’s Serie A derby.

According to La Repubblica via FCInter1908, the 31-year-old was Inter’s ‘worst’ player on the pitch.

Hakan Calhanoglu has earned the reputation as a ‘spot-kick’ specialist during his lengthy career in Serie A.

Indeed, he has been Inter’s designated penalty taker for years.

Furthermore, his conversion rate has been nothing short of exceptional, with last night’s miss marking only his second wasted penalty in Italian football.
