Federico Dimarco and Hakan Calhanoglu returned to their best in Inter Milan’s 2-1 home win over Sassuolo on Monday evening.

It’s no wonder that Federico Dimarco received praise for his performance.

Indeed, the 27-year-old wingback scored his first goal of the season to open the scoring in the 14th minute.

Furthermore, his set-piece deliveries often caused chaos inside Sassuolo’s penalty area.

Moreover, Calhanoglu’s consistence can encourage the Nerazzurri faithful following a turbulent summer.

Despite being heavily linked with a move to Istanbul, the 31-year-old has stayed put.

Meanwhile, Petar Sucic grabbed another assist in Serie A, showing he could be one of the protagonists this season.
