Piotr Zielinski became the 11th different goalscorer for Inter Milan in Serie A this season with yesterday’s goal against Hellas Verona.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri boast more different goalscorers than any other team in Serie A.
Piotr Zielinski scored his first league goal under Cristian Chivu in Sunday’s narrow 2-1 win over Hellas Verona.
Furthermore, the 31-year-old’s strike made him Inter’s 11th different scorer in Italy’s top flight.
Hakan Calhanoglu remains Inter’s most prolific player this season with five Serie A goals.
However, it’s worth noting that three of them came from the spot.
Meanwhile, Marcus Thuram and Ange-Yoan Bonny have netted three goals apiece, while Federico Dimarco has two under his belt.
Furthermore, Nicolo Barella, Denzel Dumfries, Francesco Pio Esposito, Alessandro Bastoni, and Petar Sucic have all scored once.
In total, Inter have bagged 24 goals in Serie A this season, at least eight more than any other team.
