Stuttgart forward Nick Woltemade says he’s “not thinking about” transfer rumours despite links with Inter Milan and Chelsea.

Stuttgart’s Nick Woltemade has been at the centre of some recent transfer rumours.

The German has had an outstanding season with Stuttgart. He only just joined from Werder Bremen last summer, but has been one of their main men in attack.

Woltemade is reportedly on Inter Milan’s list of targets. Reports yesterday indicated that the German would be on the Nerazzurri’s radar as a backup to Rasmus Hojlund.

Meanwhile, Chelsea also have the 23-year-old on their radar.

Reportedly, Stuttgart have put an asking price of around €40 million on Woltemade.

But at the same time, there is the sense that there are currently other priorities for the young forward. Having already earned senior caps for Germany, Woltemade is now starring at the Under-21 World Cup.

“I’m enjoying myself a lot. And I’ve just scored three goals.”
