Ange-Yoan Bonny and Francesco Pio Esposito are poised to challenge Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram for starting roles at Inter Milan.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the two summer arrivals could add a new dimension to Inter’s frontline.

Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram remain the first-choice duo.

Indeed, they’ve cemented their place in Inter’s starting line-up, becoming focal points of the Nerazzurri attack.

Furthermore, they will most likely spearhead the attack in Saturday’s mouth-watering clash against Juventus.

Pio Esposito & Bonny Vying for Starting Berths at Expense of Lautaro & Thuram

Though unlikely to become starters immediately, the newcomers could provide impact off the bench.

Furthermore, Bonny already found the net on his Nerazzurri debut, contributing to a 5-0 win over Torino.

Meanwhile, Esposito has yet to get off the mark.

However, after serving suspension against Torino, he made a came appearance against Udinese.

Cristian Chivu will likely put them on the bench against Juventus this weekend.

With Inter vying for three points, Lautaro and Thuram will shoulder the scoring burden in Turin.
