Inter Milan will regroup today after Saturday’s 4-3 Derby d’Italia loss to Juventus, as they prepare to fly to Amsterdam on Tuesday ahead of their Champions League opener against Ajax on Wednesday.
According to reports from the Gazzetta dello Sport, via FcInterNews, the team will meet with the management today at the club’s training centre.
The reports note that Inter still remain fully fit, with no injuries suffered in the derby defeat.
Another morning session has been scheduled for Monday.
Meanwhile, the club will have one more session on Tuesday before they fly to Amsterdam in the afternoon.
Inter kick off their Champions League campaign on Wednesday night.
Last season’s defeated finalists travel to the Netherlands to take on Dutch giants Ajax.
It is a tricky start for the Nerazzurri.
But Inter will be eager to get their campaign off to a winning start.
Most importantly, Chivu’s side will need to learn their lessons from the defeat to Juventus.
