Only one month ago, Inter dreamt of winning the treble, but they have now finished the season with no trophies in their hands.

Inter finished the 2024-25 campaign without any piece of silverware after losing the Champions League Final 5-0 against PSG.

Only one month ago, the Nerazzurri were dreaming of winning the treble, with coach Simone Inzaghi suggesting that his team could even win the quadruple, including the Club World Cup.

However, a Coppa Italia semifinal elimination at the hands of city rivals Milan was the beginning of the end. A few days later, Inzaghi’s men lost 1-0 at home against Roma, seeing Napoli overtake them at the top of the Serie A table.

It was their third consecutive loss across all competitions and a dramatic turning point in their campaign.

Inter entirely switched their focus to the Champions League, especially after an epic 7-6 aggregate win over Barcelona in the Champions League semifinals.

They wasted a chance to overtake Napoli in the penultimate Serie A round, conceding a late equaliser against Lazio at San Siro, while Napoli were held to a 0-0 draw by Parma.

Tonight’s shocking result in Munich means the Nerazzurri have finished the season without a trophy.
