Inter ultras are boycotting this evening’s Serie A match against Genoa after the clampdown on drums and megaphones.
It kicks off at San Siro at 19.45 GMT.

This is a huge opportunity for the Nerazzurri to go 15 points clear at the top of the Serie A table, as Juventus lost 1-0 to Napoli last night.
However, a section of the Curva Nord will remain empty, as they released a statement just an hour before kick-off warning they would be boycotting the event and “remaining in the bar” instead.
“We took on responsibility that we did not have and waited for a sign that the authorities were opening up to our right to cheer on our team, but after another door was slammed shut, we have had enough.
“We will no longer accept this absurd and blind repression, created by a pointless show of force from someone who ought to be protecting the rights of others instead.”
The issue erupted after clashes during the Scudetto showdown with Juventus and Inter ultras were barred from bringing drums and audio enhancement equipment into the stadium.
Certain flags were also banned, so they responded for a few weeks by holding up their phone lights to make San Siro a glittering spectacle instead.
It seems their patience has now run out and this protest is sending a signal.
