According to AS journalist Andres Onrubia, Mbappe, 27, will start and is expected to be substituted at halftime. The Real Madrid forward could be joined by Ousmane Dembele, Desire Doue, and Michael Olise in attack.

In a news conference ahead of this match, Mbappe spoke about his physical condition, as there has been much controversy surrounding it.
"Right now, I feel good, especially in my knees, which is important for me. In part, it is also thanks to my club, which has taken good care of my physical condition. I am very happy to be here, available and in full condition," he said.
On the possibility of playing against Brazil, he added, "I am ready to play, to start if necessary. But in the end, it will be the coach who decides." Brazil vs. France will begin at 1:00 p.m. PT, 4:00 p.m. ET.
