Nicolo Barella and Federico Dimarco will both return to the Inter Milan starting eleven against Lazio on Sunday.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInter1908.
Inter Milan take on Lazio in Serie A on Sunday evening.
Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi will certainly have one eye on the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the month.
However, reports Sky, Inzaghi is not going to simply rest key players as he did against Hellas Verona and Torino.
Rather, the broadcaster anticipate, the Inter coach will put regular starters back into the lineup.
In midfield, Sky report that Nicolo Barella will return to the Inter starting eleven against Lazio.
The Italian international had not started against Torino last weekend. However, he came off the bench in the second half.
This was little surprise considering that Barella had played all 120 minutes against Barcelona in midweek.
Meanwhile, Federico Dimarco also got a rest in the starting eleven against Torino. The 27-year-old came on as a substitute at halftime.
However, reports Sky, Dimarco will comes straight back into Inter’s starting eleven on Sunday against Lazio.
That will mean that Carlos Augusto drops to the bench.
