Milan face strong competition for Ardon Jashari from Borussia Dortmund, although Club Brugge continue to stand firm on any sale.
According to Swiss transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri, the Bundesliga side are now ready to come forward with a major offer for Jashari.
They had been tracking him earlier in the summer, but first needed to make sales, which is feasible now with Jamie Gittens heading to Chelsea for €65m.
The midfielder is a confirmed transfer target for this summer and has been a supporter of the Rossoneri since childhood, so is eager to get the move completed.
At the same time, he realises Club Brugge must first agree to a fee and so far they have been unwilling to discuss it.
Nonetheless, Italian reports are confident a deal can be done at €35m, a figure that Borussia Dortmund seem ready to reach faster than Milan.
The 22-year-old was only purchased from Luzern last summer for €6m and his value has sky-rocketed.
