21-year-old Spanish talent Juanlu Sanchez has reportedly given his approval to a move to Napoli following talks with Partenopei sporting director Giovanni Manna in Seville on Thursday.

According to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio, Napoli sporting director Manna was in the city of Seville on Monday and has held positive meetings over a potential deal for Spain youth international Juanlu.

Thursday’s report claims that the player has already given his approval over a move from Sevilla to Antonio Conte’s Scudetto-winning Napoli side, who have also confirmed the arrival of six-time Premier League winner Kevin De Bruyne on Thursday.

Napoli also remain in talks with Milan for USMNT star Yunus Musah, while reports claim that there are ongoing negotiations with RB Leipzig for Antonio Nusa.

Juanlu price tag revealed for Napoli

According to Thursday’s reports, Napoli are hoping to move quickly and close a deal with Sevilla for Juanlu as swiftly as possible.

Di Marzio reports that Sevilla are seeking a fee in the region of €20m, and that there are currently ongoing discussions over a fee in the region of €15m.

Juanlu, who has represented Spain at every level from U16 up to U23, is capable of playing in a number of positions on the right flank, including on the wing in a front three and at right-back in a back four.

It is thought that he would be used as an alternative to Giovanni Di Lorenzo at either right-back or right wing-back if he were to move to Napoli.

Di Marzio claims that Marc Pubill remains an alternative option for Napoli, and that Sevilla could turn to Hugo Rincón of Athletic Club if Juanlu leaves.
