Porto have reportedly offered Juventus a player-plus-cash swap deal involving Alberto Costa and João Mário, but the Bianconeri have also opened talks with Atletico Madrid for Nahuel Molina.
Juventus have been offered to sign Porto right-back João Mário in a player-plus-cash swap deal involving their defender Alberto Costa.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Bianconeri would also receive €3m to complete the transfer.
Alberto Costa, a former Vitoria Guimaraes defender, has already attracted interest from Porto’s domestic rivals Sporting CP, who opened talks with the Serie A giants weeks ago.
Football Italia exclusively reported negotiations between Sporting CP and Juventus for Alberto Costa earlier this month.
The Portuguese right-back moved to Turin in the 2025 January transfer window for €13.8m from Vitoria Guimaraes.
Alberto Costa has played 14 games at the Allianz Stadium, providing three assists.
His contract with Juventus runs out in June 2029.
According to Gazzetta , the Serie A giants have also opened preliminary talks with Atletico Madrid for another right-back, former Udinese star Molina.
According to the report, the Bianconeri aim to lower Atletico’s asking price, which is between €25m and €30m, by offering a loan deal with an option or obligation to buy.
