Juventus have resumed their pursuit of England and Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho, and reports in Italy claim that the Bianconeri are prepared to include two players in negotiations with the Premier League outfit during the summer transfer window.
Juventus had attempted to bring Sancho to Turin on loan last summer, but ultimately lost out to Premier League competition in Chelsea, who were able to move quickly to wrap up a deal with United.
According to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, however, Juventus have remained in constant contact with Sancho and his camp, and the player has always expressed an interest in playing for the Bianconeri.
Things have changed since last summer though, as Juventus’s moves on the transfer market are currently being led by new general manager Damien Comolli , rather than Cristiano Giuntoli, who has recently left his position as sporting director.
One year on from Juve’s original interest, Sancho is now down to the final year of his Manchester United contract, which means that a permanent move away from Old Trafford is even more likely this summer.
Recent reports confirm that Juve have been in direct contact with representatives from United to explore a summer move for Sancho, but La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Juventus could look to include two different players in discussions with the Red Devils.
Dusan Vlahovic is also into the final year of his contract, expiring in the summer of 2026 and is unlikely to extend his deal. The Pink Paper claims that United would also be able to offer the ‘double-digit salary’ that Vlahovic is reportedly seeking.
Monday’s report claims that Juventus could also look to include former Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz in talks with Chelsea.
The Brazilian has been linked with a Premier League return for most of the second half of the 2024-25 season and is still no closer to guaranteeing himself a spot in the Juventus midfield following the confirmation of head coach Igor Tudor.
