Ahead of PSG’s second group stage match against Botafogo, Ramos spoke to the media and addressed his future amid the rumors that are circulating with the transfer window officially opening on July 1.
“My situation? I’m very happy here!” Ramos said (h/t Paris Fans). “Everyone talks, but to me, it means nothing! We’re all working together, but we want to win even more trophies!”
La Gazzetta dello Sport recently reignited speculation around Ramos, suggesting the former Benfica striker could become one of the hottest names on the market this summer. Juventus reportedly believe he may look for a new club due to limited opportunities at PSG.
Liverpool are also said to be considering a move, according to Anfield Index. While the 23-year-old isn’t at the top of their wishlist, the report claims he’s being evaluated as part of the club’s data-driven, “Moneyball”-style recruitment strategy.
Ramos joined PSG on a permanent deal following an initial loan spell, with the French club paying €65 million (around £54.7 million) for the Portugal international.
