Tottenham Hotspur have decided to leave Yves Bissouma out of their Champions League squad, as per the club’s official website.

The 29-year-old has been linked with a move away from the club regularly, and it will be interesting to see if he can find a new destination for himself. Although the Premier League transfer window has closed, he has attracted interest from Turkey and Saudi Arabia.

The transfer window is still open in those parts of the world, and it will be interesting to see if any club is willing to provide him with an exit route. The fact that Tottenham have left him out of the Champions League squad has pretty much sealed his fate at the north London club.

Bissouma needs to move on

He is unwanted at Tottenham, and it would be ideal for him to move on. His performances were mediocre last season, and he has been criticised for his unprofessional attitude by Thomas Frank recently. It is evident that he is no longer a key part of the plant.

Tottenham have already signed Joao Palhinha, and he will be the first-choice defensive midfielder this season. It would make sense for the Internation to move on. It will be interesting to see if he can find a suitable destination. There is no doubt that he is a quality player, and he could be an asset if he manages to regain his form and confidence.

Can he find the right club?

At 29, he will look to play regularly and compete at a high level. It remains to be seen where he ends up. He has proven his quality in the Premier League consistently, and there is no doubt that he is good enough for the Turkish league or the Saudi Pro League. Whoever ends up signing him could have a potential bargain on their hands. Tottenham are unlikely to demand a premium for him, given his situation.
