Lazio are gearing up to say goodbye to winger Felipe Anderson as he prepares to head off to Palmeiras.

The 31-year-old Brazilian winger, who was heavily linked with a free transfer to Juventus, has decided to return to his native country at the end of this season, joining up with Palmeiras, ready to bring an end to his second spell with the Biancocelesti.

An oft-frustrating figure, Felipe Anderson still proved himself a key part of the Lazio squad over the last three years, regularly coming up with the goods when it mattered. This term, he’s scored five goals and provided seven assists across 50 appearances.

As highlighted by Il Messaggero (via La Lazio Siamo Noi), Lazio are planning to say goodbye to Felipe Anderson with a few special gestures in the final game of the season against Sassuolo, looking to put up some photos of him on the big screens at the Stadio Olimpico as well as giving him a plaque and special shirt commemorating his work.

Across his two spells for the Biancocelesti, the Brazilian winger has scored 58 goals and provided 63 assists across 325 games.
