Juventus are reportedly monitoring Noni Madueke ahead of January, with Arsenal open to sending the winger out on loan as his role at the Emirates has become limited. The 24-year-old has featured in four of Arsenal’s six matches this season for a total of 100 minutes, a situation that has brought his immediate future into focus as Juventus consider their January options.
The report comes from CaughtOffside, which says Juventus and Atlético Madrid are monitoring Madueke’s situation. No formal negotiations are said to have taken place, meaning the reported interest remains speculative rather than a confirmed move.
One of Madueke’s appearances this season lasted a single minute in the derby against Chelsea. According to the report, Arsenal are considering a January loan to a club able to offer him regular football at a high level, including in European competition. Madueke’s contract runs until 30 June 2030, and Arsenal are reportedly reluctant to allow his value to decline.
Juventus are not alone in being linked with the winger. Atlético Madrid are also reported to be interested in a loan, particularly if Arsenal are prepared to include an option to buy at a figure below Premier League valuations. That potential structure is reported context only, with no agreement said to be in place.
For Juventus, the appeal is reported to be financial as well as tactical. Luciano Spalletti’s squad has issues to address in the winter window, but the Bianconeri may need to pursue opportunities rather than pay transfer fees unless there are significant sales.
Madueke is a natural wide forward, an area in which Juventus are well stocked with Francisco Conceição and Edon Zhegrova. The calculation could change if Nico González is used as a false nine and Zhegrova leaves. Zhegrova is also reported to have produced a two-goal cameo against Sassuolo, while Madueke’s ability to beat defenders one-on-one could offer Juventus another option on the right flank.
