Manchester United’s 2025 summer signings are starting to pay off, and Senne Lammens has quickly become one of the standout performers.

After a sluggish start to the season, United have started to look more like a team capable of pushing for European places again.

The Red Devils are currently ninth in the table, but their performances have been improving. With three more favourable fixtures on the horizon, they could be right in the Champions League mix before long.

It has been a noticeable shift under Amorim, who seems to be finding his stride at Old Trafford. The results are starting to back up what many felt was a positive appointment from the outset.

While Amorim deserves credit for steadying things, much of United’s progress can also be traced back to their new signings – several of whom have already made strong first impressions.

Manchester United transfers Senne Lammens and Bryan Mbeumo on the rise

Manchester United’s summer window was widely praised, especially after landing a much-needed goalkeeper in Senne Lammens, along with two proven Premier League performers.

All three have started the season well, and recent value updates from Transfermarkt reflect that impact.

  • Bryan Mbeumo – £13m rise
  • Senne Lammens – £9.5m rise
  • Matheus Cunha – £8.7m rise

Cunha, Lammens and Mbeumo already look like smart additions for United. Their performances at Anfield were just another example of how well they have settled in.

The top five most valuable Manchester United players

The trio has played a key role in raising the team’s overall level, quickly establishing themselves as some of the most influential players in the squad.

But where do they rank in terms of overall value compared to others at the club?

  1. Bryan Mbeumo – £60.9m
  2. Matheus Cunha – £60.9m
  3. Benjamin Sesko – £60.9m
  4. Leny Yoro – £48m
  5. Bruno Fernandes – £39m

The “Ineos Era” has been marked by successful recruitment, with four of United’s top five most valuable players having joined under their leadership.

One exception to that trend is Manuel Ugarte, whose value has fallen sharply and may be one of Ineos’ rare missteps in the market so far.
