Manchester City and Liverpool have confirmed their starting lineups ahead of today’s Premier League fixture at Anfield. Pep Guardiola’s side knows the challenge posed by Liverpool at Anfield. City have struggled at Anfield, and given that they find themselves nine points behind Arsenal ahead of kickoff, they’ll be desperate to defy recent history and pick up three points today. It won’t be an easy task for Manchester City, but they won’t fear Arne Slot’s side. Liverpool have struggled at times this season, and perhaps City will fancy their chances today.

Manchester City have several players unavailable for today’s match due to injury. Josko Gvardiol, Mateo Kovacic, Savinho, and Jeremy Doku will miss today’s match. John Stones has returned to training after a long layoff due to injury. Ruben Dias is also available for today’s match after training all week. Marc Guehi is also available to play, after the England international missed Manchester City’s win over Newcastle due to being ineligible to play in the remainder of Manchester City’s Carabao Cup campaign.

Here are both team’s starting lineups for today’s match.
