Manchester United agree Joshua Zirkzee move

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Manchester United have now given Juventus the green light to discuss a deal for Joshua Zirkzee.

The report claims the striker has already expressed his willingness to return to Serie A.

He previously enjoyed the best football of his career with Bologna.

However, the proposed move is not expected to be a permanent transfer.

Instead, Juventus are working on a loan agreement, with negotiations now focusing on the exact structure of the deal.

The Italian giants are hoping to secure either a straightforward loan or a loan containing favourable purchase conditions.

Meanwhile, Manchester United are discussing which formula best suits their position.

The report adds that Juventus sporting director Ricky Massara is accelerating negotiations after identifying an opening with United.

Zirkzee is viewed as an attractive market opportunity despite not fitting the profile of a traditional penalty-box striker.

Manchester United have previously preferred permanent sales this summer.

However, La Gazzetta dello Sport claim discussions are now underway over a loan structure as both clubs continue negotiations.
