McDonald’s is launching new FIFA World Cup 26 menu items and themed collectables at participating restaurants across the USA.
The fast-food chain is rolling out a limited-time World Cup range as excitement builds for the 2026 tournament, which will be staged in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
The promotion includes special meals, collectible cups, themed packaging and Happy Meal toys linked to next summer’s tournament.
McDonald’s will launch its new World Cup items at participating US restaurants from June 4, with customers able to order a FIFA World Cup 26 Meal.
The meal gives fans a choice between a Big Mac or a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, served with fries, a drink and limited edition gold-packaged Big Mac Sauce.
Each meal also comes with one of nine collectible cups connected to the tournament.
The cups feature a mix of current players, former stars and McDonald’s characters, with Christian Pulisic, David Beckham, Ronaldinho, Thierry Henry, Lamine Yamal, Son Heung-Min, Alphonso Davies and Grimace among the names included in the wider campaign.
Availability will vary by restaurant, and prices are expected to differ by market.
The collectible cups are not the only World Cup-themed items being introduced by McDonald’s.
Happy Meals in some markets will also include one of 23 World Cup-themed Squishmallows from June 9.
The toy range includes designs linked to the tournament’s host nations, with Canada, Mexico and the United States all represented as part of the 2026 World Cup campaign.
McDonald’s is also introducing themed packaging as part of the promotion, including World Cup-inspired designs across familiar menu items.
The launch comes ahead of the first 48-team men’s World Cup, with the tournament set to feature 104 fixtures across 16 host cities.
The 2026 World Cup will be staged across Canada, Mexico and the USA, with the tournament scheduled to run from June 11 to July 19.
McDonald’s World Cup 26 items will be available for a limited time at participating restaurants while supplies last.
