The queue of clubs interested in Udinese striker Lorenzo Lucca keeps growing, as now Milan have also joined in with Napoli, Atalanta and Roma.

The centre-forward has been given a price-tag of circa €30m after a season where he scored 12 Serie A goals in 33 appearances, along with two assists.

He has long been on Napoli’s radar, but remains on hold as an alternative to first choice Darwin Nunez of Liverpool.

Lucca drawing focus from Serie A sides

That situation might not be able to continue for much longer, because the number of other teams interested in Lucca is growing.

Atalanta already saw him as a potential replacement for Mateo Retegui, while Roma are also intrigued by the striker who turns 25 in September.

Now Milan have also begun talks with Udinese and the tall hitman’s entourage to see about his availability.

He has five senior caps for Italy and a complicated career path that saw him play for Palermo, Pisa, Ajax and Udinese.
