As expected, Juventus have informed Milan they will activate their option to buy Pierre Kalulu for €14m plus bonuses, while Marco Pellegrino will be sold to Boca Juniors.
The Rossoneri are trying to cash in on players after failing to qualify for Europe, then can reinvest that money into building a squad more suited to new coach Max Allegri.
It was already pretty much guaranteed that Juve would buy Kalulu outright following his successful loan spell in Turin.
Juve paid €3.3m for the one-season loan, and are now ready to use their option to purchase for a further €14m plus €3m in various add-ons.
The versatile defender celebrates his 25th birthday tomorrow and does so in the France squad, where he received his first senior call-up from coach Didier Deschamps.
Meanwhile, Milan have also reportedly finalised an agreement with Boca Juniors to sell another defender, Pellegrino.
He too had been on loan to Huracan since January, but is making the move to Boca Juniors for a reported €4m plus a 10 per cent cut of the future transfer fee.
