Today saw the Baller League draft in the UK for the competition’s third season as the league gets ready for it’s opening set of games on Monday 16th March 2026.
The draft saw a host of academy stars from top teams join new clubs, with talents who have come through the sides at Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur getting selected.
Former Spurs academy star Nathan Oduwa joined Yanited alongside former Ipswich Town defender Josh Emmanuel.
The pair are set to play with former Manchester United keeper Hubert Graczyk who also joined the side for the coming season only a few weeks ago.
Elsewhere, Arsenal academy star Jordan Wynter joined Idris Elba’s Rukkas FC, with two more former Manchester United players joining other sides.
While Gold Devils signed 20-year-old midfielder James Nolan, N5 FC have officially signed Ryan Tunnicliffe.
Taking to announce the results of the draft, the Baller League account revealed N5 FC’s new signing, adding the side managed by former Arsenal stars Jens Lehmann and Robert Pires.
After coming through the Manchester United academy in 2010, Tunnicliffe had a host of loan spells with Peterborough, Barnsley and Ipswich before leaving The Red Devils in 2014.
During the rest of his career, the centre midfielder had stints with Fulham, Wigan, Blackburn, Millwall, Luton and Portsmouth before heading to Australia with Adelaide United.
After leaving the Australian side last summer, being clubless throughout the current season, the 33-year-old has now turned to the Baller League.
As such, he’ll be looking to help his new side fare better this season, as last season N5 FC came sixth overall, as M7 FC, led by Sideman Miniminter took the top spot.
