Darwin Nunez is destined to leave Liverpool this summer and has already agreed to join Napoli, while Federico Chiesa is an alternative to Noa Lang and Dan Ndoye for the Partenopei.
Liverpool striker Nunez remains Napoli’s priority target in attack this summer, and the Uruguay international has already agreed to join the Partenopei. Sources with direct knowledge of the matter tell me that Nunez is destined to leave Liverpool this summer.
Napoli are ready to spend over €42m for the 25-year-old forward, but Liverpool’s asking price is around €50m.
The Partenopei won’t give up on Nunez yet, but they have already identified a cheaper alternative: Udinese’s Lorenzo Lucca.
As for the attacking wingers, the Partenopei have agreements with Noa Lang (PSV) and Dan Ndoye (Bologna).
The Partenopei are also close to finalising the deal with PSV and remain in talks with Bologna, with Liverpool’s Federico Chiesa in the background as an alternative.
As for the defence, Bologna’s Sam Beukema remains Napoli’s top target.
