New Signing Castrovilli Joins Lazio Squad in Training Camp

Latest Lazio signing Gaetano Castrovilli has immediately joined his new teammates at their pre-season training camp in Auronzo di Cadore.

The Biancocelesti have already been active in the summer transfer market under Claudio Lotito and Angelo Fabiani, picking up four players in the first few weeks – Loum Tchaouna, Tijjani Noslin, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru and Nuno Tavares.

Lazio have also finalised a deal for free agent Castrovilli, who was available in the market after his contract with Fiorentina expired this month. The Italian midfielder has agreed to a one-year contract with an option for a further two years, worth around €2 million net per season.

As detailed by La Lazio Siamo Noi, Castrovilli joined his new Lazio teammates at the pre-season training camp in Auronzo di Cadore, ready to start working with coach Marco Baroni ahead of the 2024-25 season.

The 27-year-old has already started taking part in training exercises on the pitch and will look to prove himself to his new coach in the coming weeks.
