Kolo Muani looks unlikely to return to Juventus, where he spent the second half of last season on loan, as PSG have shifted their stance on a potential deal.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus were hoping to secure another loan for the 26-year-old, and PSG initially seemed open to the idea.
However, the Club World Cup semifinalists are now only willing to consider a permanent transfer worth €40 million. Juventus’ only remaining hope is that PSG change course and revisit the loan option.
Recently, Gianluca Di Marzio reported that Juventus have opened talks with PSG over a potential loan deal for Kolo Muani, with an option to buy. However, PSG are not willing to accept that kind of arrangement.
In April, GIVEMESPORT reported that Tottenham Hotspur are ready to make another move for the French forward if Juventus chooses not to make his loan permanent.
Tottenham are expected to pursue attacking reinforcements this summer, regardless of whether Ange Postecoglou stayed on as manager, which he didn’t.
Meanwhile, TuttoJuve previously revealed that Arsenal and Newcastle United are currently at the front of the pack. Whether it’s another loan or a permanent switch, his future could be one of the summer’s most talked-about storylines.
