Inter Milan are not the only club sounding out a move for Roma’s Manu Kone, with a Premier League team also keen.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Yesterday, news emerged that Inter Milan are interested in Roma midfielder Manu Kone.
The Frenchman has come into the Nerazzurri’s sights as a reinforcement in holding midfield.
Kone signed for Roma just twelve months ago, arriving from Borrusia Monchengladbach.
However, after a successful season in Serie A, the Giallorossi could sell him for a profit from the €18 million they paid last summer.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, Roma are internally evaluating whether to accept an offer for Kone.
The Giallorossi could certainly do with a big sale in order to fund some incoming business.
Meanwhile, new coach Gian Piero Gasperini will obviously have a big say over whether or not to keep Kone.
According to the Corriere, furthermore, Inter are not the only team to express an interest in Kone’s signature.
The Rome-based newspaper report that Roma have also received interest from a Premier League club in signing the 24-year-old French international.
