Real Madrid will again lift the Liga trophy in front of their fans at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday evening, as they look ahead to the Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund. As Alaves come to town, Carlo Ancelotti is expected to put out a strong line-up against the Basque side.

Alaves are similarly comfortable, with little hope of European football, and safety from relegation, as they pursue a top-half return to La Liga. They showed against Girona on Friday night that they are not winding down though. Luis Garcia Plaza is only missing Aleksandar Sedlar, and Marca expect him to return Samu Omorodion to the line-up, as he plays against the rivals of his club Atletico Madrid, as well as starting former Castilla player Antonio Blanco, and Rafa Marin against his parent club.

Thibaut Courtois is set to continue in goal for the home side, as Ancelotti weighs up whether to start him or Andriy Lunin in the Champions League final. He will also start Eder Militao in their eyes. Other than  the injured Aurelien Tchouameni, who joins David Alaba on the injury list, his absence and a rest for Antonio Rudiger are the only changes from the Champions League semi-final.

Ancelotti will give his players three days off before their next game against Villarreal. Diario AS agree with the line-up proposed by Marca, with only one doubt over whether Kepa Arrizabalaga could be given another chance in goal. They do feel that Jon Guridi will continue in midfield though, with Abdel Abqar at the back, Carlos Vicente and Giuliano Simeone out wide, and Ander Guevara anchoring instead of Carlos Benavidez.
