Adrien Rabiot is grateful to Olympique Marseille and has an excellent relationship with the club; therefore, even after speaking with his former coach, Massimiliano Allegri, the Frenchman is still not pushing for a move to Milan.
New Milan coach Allegri held talks with his former Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot in recent days, but the French midfielder is still not pushing to join the Rossoneri.
Sources with direct knowledge of the matter tell me that Allegri recently made contact with Rabiot, but the pair didn’t discuss transfer details.
Rabiot has a €10m clause in his contract with Marseille, but for the moment, he’s unwilling to leave.
The ex-Juventus midfielder, in fact, has an excellent relationship with his club and is grateful that they relied on him last year, when his contract in Turin expired.
The Rossoneri will drastically change their midfield in 2025-26. In fact, they have already sold Tijjani Reijnders to Manchester City and are in advanced talks for Yunus Musah’s transfer to Napoli.
Milan are also expected to sign Luka Modric as a free agent after the Club World Cup, in which the Croat will be involved with Real Madrid.
