Real Madrid fans made their feelings clear over Luka Modric staying at the club.

There is major focus on Modric’s plans for next season amid reports he is ready to end his pattern of signing one year contract extensions.

The Croatian international will lead his national side at Euro 2024 with his Real Madrid contract expiring during the tournament.

Modric is rumoured to be frustrated over his first team role and wants guarantees over his place before considering an extension.

Club president Florentino Perez is set to hold crunch talks with Modric and his long term midfield partner Toni Kroos in the coming days.

As part of Real Madrid’s La Liga title celebrations in the Spanish capital, Modric confirmed he will know more next week, with an announcement incoming.
