According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, defensive woes have plagued Cristian Chivu’s early days in charge of the Nerazzurri. Indeed, last season’s Serie A runners-up have conceded six goals in as many competitive games under the 44-year-old. Despite keeping a clean sheet against Torino, Inter’s backline faltered on the following weekend, as Udinese won 2-1 at San Siro. Therefore, Chivu’s defenders will be under the microscope on Saturday.
