Referee Daniele Chiffi To Be In Charge Of Inter Milan Vs Lazio Serie A Clash

Referee Daniele Chiffi will be in charge of Sunday evening’s Serie A clash between Inter Milan and Lazio.

This is confirmed by the Lega Serie A, via FCInterNews. Marco Di Paolo will be on VAR for the match.

Inter Milan take on Lazio in Serie A this weekend.

The Nerazzurri host the Biancocelesti on Sunday evening in a match that will be hugely important for both team’s ambitions.

Inter are hoping that Napoli slip up again as they did against Genoa last weekend. Therefore, they want to take three points to capitalize on any such stumbles.

Meanwhile, Lazio are still pushing for a Champions League place after their dramatic draw against Juventus last Saturday.

Daniele Chiffi To Referee Inter Vs Lazio Clash – Di Paolo On VAR

The referee for Sunday’s match will be Daniele Chiffi.

Assisting Chiffi in his duties will be Filippo Meli and Stefano Alassio.

The role of the fourth official, meanwhile, will fall to Matteo Marcenaro.

In the VAR booth, Marco Di Paolo will oversee the match to ensure to correct any errors by the on-pitch officials.

Assisting Di Paolo in his duties will be Marco Guida.

Inter will be hoping that the focus stays on the action on the pitch rather than refereeing controversy.
