Turkish giants Besiktas are reportedly weighing up a winter move for Inter Milan wingback Carlos Augusto.

According to Fanatik via FCInter1908, Besiktas coach Sergen Yalcin is a big-time admirer of the Brazilian star.

Carlos Augusto has proved to be a valuable asset for Inter since joining the club from Monza in the summer of 2024.

Indeed, former manager Simone Inzaghi often relied on his versatility, using him on the wing and at the back.

Furthermore, Augusto has maintained his influence under the new boss, Cristian Chivu.

He has made 20 competitive appearances this season, including 14 in Serie A, netting two goals and adding two assists.

Besiktas Vying for Inter Milan Star Carlos Augusto

Inter Milan fended off Atletico Madrid’s attempt to lure Augusto to La Liga in the summer.

However, the 26-year-old could leave the club in January, with Besiktas reportedly lining up a bid.

Although Inter are not desperate to offload Augusto, they would agree to selling him for a reported fee of €20 million.

For the moment, there are no ongoing talks between the clubs.
