Inter Milan have become the latest Serie A team to register interest in Atletico Madrid wingback Nahuel Molina.
Per Mundo Deportivo via FCInterNews, the Scudetto holders have joined Juventus and Roma in the race to sign the Argentine.
Nahuel Molina swapped Udinese for the Metropolitano Stadium in the summer of 2022 for a reported fee of nearly €20 million.
Despite his early success in La Liga, the 27-year-old has tumbled down the pecking order this season.
Indeed, Marcos Llorente has been Diego Simeone’s first choice on the right wing.
Therefore, the ex-Udinese defender could return to Serie A in the coming months.
Denzel Dumfries has been outstanding this season and will likely remain Simone Inzaghi’s first choice next term.
However, Matteo Darmian is in the autumn of his career, forcing Inter to dive back into the market for reinforcements.
Given Molina’s Serie A experience, he would be a perfect fit.
Yet, Roma and Juventus are also in the mix, with the latter reportedly genuinely interested in signing the World Cup winner.
