Inter Milan have reportedly established formal contact with Como manager Cesc Fabregas to take over the reins at San Siro.

Per Sky Sport via FCInterNews, the Spaniard is Inter’s first choice to replace the outgoing Simone Inzaghi.

Despite recent links with Marseille coach Roberto De Zerbi, the Serie A runners-up have chosen Fabregas.

However, the 38-year-old has yet to give a green light, though he finds the proposal ‘tempting.’

Fabregas is currently in London and may soon hold a face-to-face meeting with Como president Mirwan Suwarso.

Indeed, the two will discuss the idea of the former’s switch to Inter.
