Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu has reportedly green lit a possible transfer to Galatasaray this summer.
This according to Turkish outlet Fanatik, via FCInterNews. They report that the 31-year-old has been contacted by Galatasaray behind the scenes, and would not turn down a move.
Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu has been at the centre of some transfer rumours recently.
Reportedly, big clubs in the Saudi Pro League are eyeing up a move for the Turkish international.
However, it is Istanbul giants Galatasaray who are really moving for Calhanoglu.
According to Turkish outlet Fanatik report that Galatasaray have already made contact with Calhanoglu.
The Istanbul-based club have already offered a contract to the former AC Milan and Bayer Leverkusen midfielder.
Calhanoglu has received an offer of a three-year contract worth €10 million net per season. Galatasaray are ready to break the bank as far as wages go, because the player would be a player they would consider central to the team.
According to Fanatik, Calhanoglu has made clear that he wouldn’t turn down the move. He would be ready to accept a move to a team he has always admitted he’s a fan of.
Then, it will come down to talks between Galatasaray and Inter.
The two clubs have yet to come close as far as a fee. However, the Turkish champions are ready to make a push for one.
